About your Stay
- What is the maximum capacity?
- The maximum capacity is 12 people. There are 10 single beds and 2 extra beds. Non-guests are not permitted on the premises.
- Are parties allowed?
- We regret that parties are not permitted.
- Can I dine with friends who are not staying at the facility?
- Only registered guests are allowed inside the facility. The maximum occupancy is also limited to 12 people.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- What are the cancellation fees?
- Cancellation charges apply as follows: 10% from 30 days prior, 30% from 14 days prior, and 100% from 7 days prior.
- Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
- We apologize, but neither is available.
- Is smoking allowed?
- Smoking is prohibited indoors, but it is permitted only in the designated smoking area. Ashtrays are provided in the smoking area.
- Can I bring in food?
- Please feel free to bring your own food. You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities and dishes provided on the premises.
About Pools & Sauna
- Is the pool heated?
- The pool is not heated. Please use it as a cold plunge pool for the sauna outside of summer.
- Are swim rings and water guns available?
- Yes, they are available.
- What type of stove and fuel are used for the sauna?
- It’s an electric stove.
- Is löyly permitted?
- Yes, it is.
- Are fireworks allowed?
- They are only permitted in the fire pit area. However, please be considerate of the neighbors. Please refrain from using rocket fireworks or launching fireworks.
- Is firewood available?
- Firewood for the fire pit is provided free of charge.
- Are there usage hours?
- To be considerate of our neighbors, the pool, sauna, and fire pit can be used until around 9 PM.
- Are the outdoor and semi-outdoor baths natural hot springs?
- Neither the outdoor nor the semi-outdoor baths in our villa are natural hot springs. Bath salts are provided for your free use.
Amenities and Facilities
- What amenities are available?
- We provide bath towels, face towels, pajamas (adult sizes only), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath additives, hand soap, facial cleanser, lotion, milky lotion, makeup remover, razors, cotton pads, cotton swabs, combs, body towels, toothbrushes, and two types of slippers (disposable and regular).
- Is Wi-Fi available?
- Yes, you can enjoy free, high-speed, unlimited internet. This is suitable for smooth video streaming and comfortable Zoom calls.
- Are cooking utensils and dishes available?
- We provide a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, rice cooker, hot plate, sukiyaki pot, frying pans, bowls and colanders, wine opener and can opener, forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, and large and small plates.
- Are seasonings available?
- We provide salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
- Is water available?
- We offer complimentary mineral water. Coffee and green tea are also provided free of charge.
- Can I buy drinks at the hotel?
- You can purchase local alcoholic beverages such as local beer and sake, as well as red wine and sparkling wine suitable for dining plans or celebrations, for an additional fee.
- Are air purifiers and humidifiers available?
- Each room is equipped with an air purifier and a humidifier.
About Stay with Children
- What children’s amenities are available?
- We provide slippers, toothbrushes, and body towels.
- Are children’s dishes available?
- Yes, they are available.
- Are high chairs and baby cribs available?
- We have three high chairs and one baby crib. Additionally, we provide two child booster cushions that can be attached to dining chairs and two bed rails to prevent falls from beds.
- Are there any recreational play equipment?
- Outdoors, we have various play equipment such as a table tennis table, badminton sets, and soccer balls. We also have play equipment for indoor use. Please feel free to use them from the storage shed located in the dog run area.
Nearest Station / Area
- What is the nearest station?
- It’s a 7-minute drive from “Hikone Station” on the JR Biwako Line, costing approximately 1,000 yen by taxi.
- Is parking available?
- Yes, up to 3 cars can park on the property for free. Please consult us in advance if you need space for more than 3 cars.
- Where are the nearest supermarket and convenience store?
- There’s Beisia/Cainz (about a 3-minute drive), Drug Yutaka (about a 3-minute drive), FamilyMart (about a 3-minute drive), and Don Quijote (about a 5-minute drive).
About Reservations
- Can I make a reservation by phone?
- Reservations can only be made online. For inquiries, please use the contact form on our official website.
- Can I pay on-site?
- Payment is by credit card in advance or bank transfer only. If you prefer bank transfer, we will send you the bank details by email after your reservation is confirmed. Customers who made reservations before our opening can pay by card on-site.
- Is it possible to change my reservation details?
- Yes, it is. You can make changes yourself on the accommodation booking website.
About Pets
- Can pets stay?
- Only dogs are allowed. Dogs are free to roam in all areas except for the bath and sauna.
- Are there limits on the number or breed of pets?
- There are no restrictions on the number of dogs or their breed.
- Is there a fee for pets?
- The first two dogs stay for free. From the third dog onwards, there’s a charge of 3,300 yen per dog.
- Can pets sleep in the same bed?
- Pets are allowed to sleep in the same bed in all guest rooms. We also have low beds available for easier co-sleeping.
- Are pet supplies available?
- We provide a large cage, wet wipes, pee pads, pee sheets, dog manners wear (for small and medium dogs only), food bowls, poop bags, deodorizing spray, lint rollers, and paw-wiping towels.
- What should I be aware of if I bring my pet to stay with me?
- If blankets or sofas are soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged. If there’s any soiling such as urine, please clean it yourself. Also, please be sure to inform staff of the soiled area. Only dogs vaccinated against rabies are permitted. When returning from walks or outings, please clean your pet’s paws at the foot wash area next to the entrance before entering the room.
- Can pets enter the pool?
- Yes, pets are allowed in the pool.
- Can pets use the outdoor/semi-outdoor baths?
- We apologize, but pets are not allowed to use the baths within the facility.
- Is pet food available?
- Only guests who order the Omi Beef Yakiniku plan or Omi Beef Sukiyaki plan can order Omi beef roast beef for their dogs for an additional fee.
Other
- Can I order a cake?
- A link to the cake ordering website is provided in the reservation confirmation email sent to you upon booking. Please order your cake through that website.
- Is a shuttle service available?
- We currently do not offer a shuttle service.
